                My Story
Let me take you back to 2014, a year that completely reshaped how I approach life. It all started with a doctor's advice for my husband to shed some pounds. That's when we decided to revamp our diet, and boy, did it pay off!  In just six months, I went from rocking size 18 jeans to a comfy size 12. You can imagine how thrilled I was with that transformation!  My kids, who were away from home at the time, were wondering who I was and what I did with their mother!

Now, I have a confession. Giving up bread, my ultimate weakness, wasn't easy. But I swapped it for green veggies (which I never thought I'd say!), realizing that my old favorites like corn, carrots, and potatoes were packing too much starch. 

But here's the kicker. Even with healthier eating habits, I still had some wellness gaps, especially in the digestive department. Nighttime heartburn was my unwelcome bedtime companion, and those over-the-counter fixes? Let's just say they came with their own set of not-so-great side effects.

That's when I went on a mission to find a solution that would support my digestive system without causing more problems. And guess what? I found it by tweaking my daily routine just a bit. No more heartburn, no more discomfort, just good old-fashioned wellness.

This journey taught me something invaluable — wellness isn't just about what's on your plate or the size of your jeans. It's about feeling great inside and out, every single day.

I'm a proud grandma to five amazing grandkids. Being healthy isn't just about me anymore; it's about being able to join them on the floor, building train tracks, or running around outside with them.
